Performs primary and essential duties of an office assistant to include a range of clerical, and office support for the Center for Advancing Professional Excellence Department. Presents a helpful, courteous, and positive attitude when greeting people. Works under observation of the Administration Assistant. Will provide support for administrative office duties including stocking supplies, filing, receiving visitors, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• Checks in snacks and drinks, checking expiration dates, shelving snacks and drinks while rotating the stock
• Loads snack carts to meet the requests received
• Checks in supplies and puts away
• Prepares supplies for delivery
• Assists with deliveries
• Lamination
• Clerical tasks
• Assist with Badge Buddy production
• Assist with set up for events
• Assist with inventory (snacks and supplies)
• Assist with matching orders, invoices, purchase orders, with packing slips
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
